Solder Paste Stencils

Customized high-precision laser-cut solder paste stencils can be delivered together with your PCBs. Fully optimized by our CAM engineers, we can assure seamless production; we support all known stencil-framing on the market. After careful preparation of stencil data, resizing and modifications of the apertures, and finally, the thickness of the stencil are done.

After careful preparation of stencil data, resizing and modifications of the apertures and finally, the thickness of the stencil are done. Different customers’ special requests are activated and reused in future stencil orders. If you want, you get a file for review before starting. We also provide a file for SPI if you have an optical inspection after the solder paste print. Note that our manufacturer produces over 40,000pcs stencils each year for over 800 customers, mainly in Germany.
